1/2lbCured Ham
3/4lbGround Beef
1/4lbFresh Ground Pork
1 Egg, Beaten
3/4cMilk
1/2cCracker Crumbs, Crumbled
1/2cTomato Soup
1/2tsSalt
1/2tsPepper
  GLAZE
1/2cBrown Sugar
1/2cCrushed Pineapple

Directions: In large bowl, mix well by hand the meats, egg, milk, crumbs, soup, and pepper. Shape and place in loaf pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees, basting with glaze during the last 15 minutes of baking time.
